Patti Free
Business Development Manager for EZbook

Since joining ABC Global Services in 2010, Patti has been charged with the strategic growth and development of the organization’s leisure customer base. Patti focuses on all sectors of leisure travel on a global basis, including travel agency groups, at-home agent networks, and associations at both existing ABC accounts as well as new business opportunities. Patti leads a team of business development managers and supports the distribution of ABC’s products and services. While ABC Global Services has traditionally been involved in the business travel industry, Patti is playing a strategic role in the development of key ABC Global Services initiatives that are helping the company further define its role in the leisure travel industry. Patti brings to ABC an extensive background in travel and hospitality spanning more than 20 years. Her career began with Westin Hotels where she worked in operations, management, and sales and marketing. Patti’s skills were also honed working with hotel management companies supporting chain brands and independent hoteliers. With her hotel sales and marketing experience as a base of knowledge, Patti moved to the agency side in the mid-1990s and since then has worked directly with individual agencies, agency networks and associations focused on leisure travel. Over this time she has developed marketing programs, products and services that provide efficiency and value to the leisure travel agent community and its clients.

Kimberly Mann
Business Development Manager

Hi! My name is Kimberly Mann, and I am thrilled to be introducing myself as your new Business Development Manager, serving our agency partners in North and Central Florida with the same great customer service and attention that you’ve come to expect from Travel Impressions.

I hope you’ll learn that you can count on me to support you in your success—after all, my roots are with you. In the past 23+ years I’ve worked in the travel industry, ten of those have been as a frontline agent for Passageways Travel in Michigan. I then spent nearly two years with SuperClubs® Collection of Hotels & Resorts as a BDM before becoming a part of Mann Travels in Charlotte, North Carolina as Group Project Manager and then again as a frontline agent/vacation specialist. Throughout my career, I’ve only fallen more in love with travel—with seeing new places, learning about new cultures, experiencing new cuisines…and meeting all of the wonderful agents that make it happen for so many.
I can’t wait to share with you all of the great products and destinations Travel Impressions can help you with, and am delighted to have the chance to work with you.

Cathy Varrecchia
National Training Manager –Ensemble Travel Group

Cathy Varrecchia began her travel career in 1985 holding positions in reservations and sales with a National Tour Operator. From there she spent 10 years with a major airline in Canada and also held the role of District Sales Manager with Princess Cruises. In her current role as National Training Manager - Canada for Ensemble Travel Group she brings her wealth of knowledge into her training role working alongside the Ensemble Members and Ensemble Preferred Suppliers to ensure Ensemble Members are kept up to date and current on all suppliers, programs and booking tools.

Carlos Banks
Business Development Manager

Carlos R. Banks, Business Development Manager of Pleasant Holidays and Journese, joined Pleasant Holidays in 2008 overseeing the Florida territory. He has overseen a sales growth for the territory every year since joining the company.
Carlos earned his BS in Travel and Tourism Management from Florida International University. He has been in the travel and tourism business for over 40 years. Most of this time was working for international airlines in Mexico and Southeast Asia. He has traveled to over 60 countries. He has escorted trade missions from Michigan to Mexico. Initiated and escorted a trade mission from Florida to Malaysia. This was largest trade mission in Malaysia’s history from the USA. This resulted in putting an astronaut to the International Space Station in 2007 and Nova Southeastern University offering a degree program in Malaysia.
Carlos has held the position as President of Skal International USA. Skal is the largest travel and tourism organization in the world. He has also held the positions as Chairman of Pacific Asia Travel Association - Florida Chapter (PATA); Treasurer of Caribbean Tourism Organization - South Florida Chapter (CTO); Board Member of Meeting Planners International - South Florida Chapter (MPI); and Board Member of Gold Coast Travel Association.
He has been honored for his work in the travel and tourism industry as “Kentucky Colonel” by the Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky; “Arkansas Traveler” by the Governor of the State of Arkansas; and “Friend of Kedah” by the Chief Minister of the State of Kedah in Malaysia.
